Severna Park Budo Arts is operated by Shidoshi Steve Golden (8th Dan). Shidoshi Golden has been training in the Bujinkan for 15 years and passed the Godan test in Japan in the spring of 2006. Shidoshi Golden is a personal student of Shihan Charles Collins of The Clarkesville Bujinkan Dojo and Shihan Philip Legare of the Bujinkan Taka Seigi Dojo. Shidoshi Golden travels to Japan annually to train with Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi, and the senior Japanese instructors. He is a member of the Bujinkan Shidoshi-Kai instructors association headquartered in Noda City, Japan.
